Baron Seillac white wine has a pale yellow color with light green reflections.
Its nose is complex with delicious hints of exotic fruits: banana, pineapple, and passion fruit. On the palate, its mouth is rich with air bubbles.

PREPARATION AND PRESENTATION OF WINE
The sparkling wines Baron de Seillac White Brut are vinified according to very strict specifications with the determination of the ideal date of harvest, a vinification at low temperature, and a specific yeast content. Developed through such practices, the base wines possess fine aromas, good acidity and ideal alcoholic richness required for the production of high quality sparkling wines. Following a second fermentation of 60 days, the sparkling wines Baron de Seillac White Brut are filtered and bottled. They rest on slats for 3 months before they reach the marketplace.
