Picotte white sparkling wine is produced from Muscat grape. This grape variety is renowned for its high aromatic potential.

Vinified in accordance to very strict specifications, the base wines possess delicate aromas, good acidity and ideal alcohol content required for producing high-quality sparkling wines. Picotte Frizzante Muscat, which undergoes a second fermentation lasting 30 days, is then filtered and bottled. The wines rest on their lees for 3 month before being released for sale.
