VINTNER AND WHOLESALER OF SPARKLING AND FINE PROVENCE WINES
The House of Breban Wines ("Vins Breban") has been producing and supplying a wide range of wines of varying styles and aromas to restaurants and retail distributors since 1952.
Through its distribution channels, “Vins Breban” brings to market each year more than 50 different wines, over 8 million bottles in total comprised of roses, whites, reds, wines BIO, stills and sparkling wines.
These fine wines of the Provence region are produced from grape varietals raised along the shores of the Mediterranean Sea, from the Sainte-Victoire mountain range in the west to the hinterlands of Haute Provence Alps in the east.
Wines from this region inherit their best characteristics from local soil, wines which are notable for their strong character combined with delicate bouquet.
The wines of Provence are often described as colorful, lively, aromatic, fruity, and mischievous in nature.

PIKE PERCH WITH VEGETABLES
Alliance food - wine:
The Domaine la Martelle rosé goes well with the Pike perch and vegetables.
Preparation - 20 minutes. Cooking - 35 minutes.
For two persons: 2 Pike perch filets with skin on ~100 g each * 4 potatoes * 4 artichokes * ½ red pepper * young shoots of salad leaves * olives * 10 g of butter * 2 tablespoons of olive oil * 1/2 lemon * 4 tablespoons of liquid or whipped cream * chives * salt and pepper
Peel the potatoes, place in a medium sauce pan, add water and bring to a boil. Boil the artichokes, as well, then peel them to yield their hearts. Keep the artichoke hearts and potatoes warm. Grill the red pepper for approximately 2 minutes in about 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
For the sauce: Mix the lemon juice with the cream, add salt and pepper. Heat the mixture while stirring vigorously. Turn off the heat before reaching a boil, then keep the sauce warm.
Cook Pike perch filets 4 minutes on each side in a pan with butter and olive oil. Turn off the heat, sprinkle with lemon sauce and cook under cover for another 4 minutes. Season the Pike perch and vegetables to taste and garnish with young shoots of salad leaves, olives and chopped chives.
The acquisition of Arnaude Casle
Vins Bréban acquired the Château l'Arnaude and its winery in January 2019. Château l'Arnaude is located between Lorgues and Vidauban in the Var region.
It is situated near the Provençal village of Lorgues and covers an area of about 30 hectares. Cultivated by the monks until the late 18th century, the hilly vineyard commands a panoramic view of the surrounding countryside.
The wines produced at Château l'Arnaude are of Côtes de Provence appellation. Currently the estate is comprised of a cellar, a vault, a tree climbing course, and a guest house with restored guest rooms and a cottage.
