Domaine des Monticoles BIO white wine has a pale white color with yellow-green nuances.

The nose is expressive and distinctive with aromas of fresh grapefruit and passion fruit.

The palate is fleshy with aromas of lime zest and passion fruit. Final palate is more tense but still aromatic.

Domaine des Monticoles white wine goes perfectly with grilled fish and risotto. It will also be appreciated as an aperitif. Served at a temperature of 8° to 10°C.

The Domaine des Monticoles white is one of the Provence wines classified in the Coteaux Varois en Provence appellation.

The white wines come from a 30-hectare vineyard located in Saint Maximin la Sainte Baume.

The altitude of the area is between 360 and 420 meters. The soils are largely clay-limestone, in the areas adjacent to Sainte Victoire composed of bauxite, sand and marble.

Vinification includes fermentation with temperature control at 15-17°C. The yeasts are selected to provide aromas of citrus and white fruits.

Domaine des Monticoles white wine originate from organic farming. Organic agricultural products are grown without fertilizers or chemicals. They are subject to regular control by ECOCERT.
