PREPARATION AND PRESENTATION OF WINE
The MIMI in Provence brand was created by the House of Bréban in December 2014.
In 2017, the house introduced the sparkling wine MIMI brut rosé. The production of sparkling wines has been at the center of the business since its founding in the 1950s. Highlighting the winemaking expertise of Vins Bréban company, the sparkling MIMI rosé wine is produced employing the Charmat method in our Brignoles cellars.
The elegance of the wine is emphasized by the Arbanne bottle, the natural cork and the decorated box.
