PREPARATION AND PRESENTATION OF WINE
The rosé wine Domaine les trois Mômes AOP Coteaux Varois en Provence is produced at an estate located in the commune of Seillons Source d'Argent. The estate covers 40 hectares. The altitude of the vineyard is between 360 and 420 meters. Its soil is clay-limestone (in the valleys) and cultivated areas consist of bauxite, sand and marble soils characteristic of the Sainte Victoire. Domaine les trois Mômes wines belong to the appellation Coteaux Varois en Provence. Extending over 1600 hectares and benefitting from the Mediterranean climate "from the inside", the vineyard of the appellation Coteaux Varois in Provence brings together 28 municipalities in the heart of the department Var around the town of Brignoles. Rosé wines of this appellation are commonly elaborated through a process known as bleeding.
