PREPARATION AND PRESENTATION OF WINE
White sparkling wine LARENT BREBAN Brut is produced from two white grape varietals Ugni-Blanc and Colombard. It is originated from vineyards located in the Var region. The traditional white grape varietals Ugni Blanc and Colombard, known for their highly aromatic potential, possess characteristics which contribute to their reputation as exceptional white wines. LARENT BREBAN is a traditional brut style wine. It is vinified in accordance with strict specifications established by "Vins Breban" and its partner-winemakers. Key requirements for the elaboration of quality brut wines such as the - determination of the ideal date of harvest, vinification at low temperature, and yeasting are clearly defined and carefully respected throughout the wine-making process. This enables one to obtain a fine and aromatic wine, with good acidity, and ideal alcohol content. Moreover, LAURENT BREBAN Brut Blanc de Blancs wines are put through a secondary fermentation in tanks for 30 days, called "prise de mousse", and thence filtered, bottled, and shipped to market.
