PREPARATION AND PRESENTATION OF WINE
The Domaine d'Estienne rosé wine AOP Coteaux Varois en Provence is produced in an area located within the municipality of Seillons Source d’Argens. The estate itself covers 40 hectares. The altitude of the vineyard is between 360 and 420 meters above sea level. The soil is a mixture of clay and limestone in the valleys, while cultivated parts consist mainly of bauxite sands and marbled soils consistent with those of the Sainte Victoire region. The rosé wines of Domaine d'Estienne belong the appellation Coteaux Varois en Provence. Extending over 1,600 hectares and benefiting Mediterranean climate "inside" the vineyard, AOP Coteaux Varois en Provence consists of 28 municipalities in the heart of Var department.
