PREPARATION AND PRESENTATION OF WINE
The rosé wine Artea is one of the Luberon appellation wines. The soils of the vineyard are clay-limestone and stony. During the harvest, the grapes are protected against oxidation. Enzyme takes place very early on upon receipt.
Following direct pressing, the must is cooled to 8°C. After yeasting, the wines are settled at low temperature around 14-16°C. Racking is carried out after blocking the malolactic fermentation.
