Lou Paraïs rosé has a nuanced peach-like color. Its texture is soft. Its nose is very intense with a distinctive citrus and white fruit aroma.

PREPARATION AND PRESENTATION OF WINE
Lou Paraïs rosé is certified IGP Alpes de Haute Provence. Its viticulture respects the environment. Vinification is carried out using the latest methods and technology: cooled grapes, direct pressing, cold settling, fermentation at 15 - 17C ° and proper yeasts to assure fines aromas.
