Sirha 2016 – Culinary Arts, Food Service and Hospitality Lounge at Rio de Janeiro
Jean-Jacques Bréban will participate in Sirha Rio, October 4th - 6th, which will take place at Riocentro in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. At the event, Vins Bréban will proudly feature two of their finest house wines: Mimi in Provence and Domaine de Paris.
Sirha 2016 will bring together professionals from the fields of hospitality, catering, food products and beverages, as well as producers of hotel equipment, cooking and baking wares.
The program will include culinary demonstrations by leading chefs, sample dishes and drinks, host wine tastings, spirits samplings, and two culinary competitions for Brazilian chefs: the Gold of Bocuse and Pastry World Cup.
Last year, the show attracted 9.436 visitors including sous-chefs, purchasing managers from the food and beverage industry, as well as hotel and restaurant owners. Of the 170 exhibitors, there are also many producers of food products and beverages working for international and Brazilian companies. This year, about 12,000 visitors are expected.
