Provence wines from Vins Breban were recognized by the Wine Spectator in 2014

Four Provencal wines from Vins Breban were singled out for their exceptional quality by «Wine Spectator» tasters.

CHÂTEAU CASTEL DES MAURES, DOMAINE LA COLOMBE, LES CELLIERS DE RAMATUELLE and DOMAINE DE PARIS obtained relative scores of 87, 88, 87 and 88 on The Wine Spectator’s 100-point scale.*

CHÂTEAU CASTEL DES MAURES Rosé Cuvée Jeanne 2013, Côtes de Provence

This rosé was described by professional tasters as « fresh and tangy in style, with pomegranate and watermelon rind notes, with a crisp-edged finish ».

DOMAINE LA COLOMBE Rosé 2013, Coteaux Varois en Provence

This rosé was characterized as « a very plump and flattering rosé, with white cherry, peach and nectarine notes that bounce along, backed by a refreshing finish ».

LES CELLIERS DE RAMATUELLE Rosé L'Opale de la Presqu'ile 2013, Côtes de Provence

This rosé was described as « fresh and racy, with tangy cherry, strawberry and bergamot notes driving throughout the finish, lingering with a watermelon rind accent ».

DOMAINE DE PARIS Rosé 2013, Côtes de Provence

This rosé was singled out for its « … light savory hints before the stony spine takes over, driving the white cherry, strawberry and pomegranate notes throughout the finish. Solid ».
