Wines of Provence - Award-Winning in 2012. At the open competition of the General Agricultural Show in Paris, the Brignoles Agriculture Fair, and the “Vinalies Internationales» exhibition in Paris

A wide selection of Provencal wines were entered into competition at the general agricultural show in Paris, the agricultural show of Brignoles, and the “Vinalies Internationales», show held in Paris during February/March 2012.

Among the wine regions cited for their excellence in the production of fine wines were four appellations - Côtes de Provence, Coteaux Varois en Provence, Bandol and protected geographical indication.

Gold medals were awarded for the following wines: LAURENT BREBAN Brut Blanc de Blanc (a sparkling wine, presented at Brignoles), CASA ROSSA (a rosé wine AOP Corsica, presented at Brignoles), and Domaine de la COLOMBE (a rosé wine AOC Coteaux Varois en Provence, presented at the CGA contest in PARIS).

Silver medals were awarded for the DUKE de RAYBAUD Black Pinot (a sparkling wine, presented at Brignoles), the BARON DE BREBAN Pinot (a sparkling wine, presented at the Vinalies Internationales), the PONT de CAGNOSC (a rosé wine AOC Côtes de Provence, presented at the CGA contest in PARIS), Domaine de la COLOMBE (a rosé wine IGP Var, presented at CGA contest at PARIS), and the DNE FAZI (AOP Corsica, presented at Brignoles).

Bronze medals were awarded to the HAUTS PLATEAUX (a rosé wine IGP Alpes de Haute Provence, presented at Brignols), the HAUTS PLATEAUX Muscat small grains (a white wine IGP Alpes de Haute Provence, presented at the CGA contest at Paris), and the CASA ROSSA (red wine AOP Corsica, presented at Brignoles).
