salade aux truffesTRUFFLE SALAD

Alliance food – wine:

Rosé wine  “Domaine la Beyssannette”  AOP Côtes de Provence goes well with the salad with truffles. Preparation - 15 min.

For two servings: 2 truffles of 30 g each * 200 g of mixted salad * balsamic sauce parmesan (optional) * toasted pine nuts (optional)

Wash and drain the leaves of mixed salad. Divide mixture into 2 servings and add balsamic sauce.

Slice truffles thinly.

For variety, one can add toasted pine nuts with Parmesan.
