PARMA HAM WITH FIGS
Alliance food – wine:
MIMI EN PROVENCE rosé wine goes well with Parma ham with figs.
Preparation - 10 minutes.
For two servings: 4 thin slices of Parma ham * 4 fresh white or purple figs * 1cs balsamic sauce * fresh basil * toasted pine nuts * salt and pepper
Wash and dry the figs, then cut figs into halves.
Arrange slices of ham and figs nicely on plates, then add a touch of balsamic sauce.
Add a few leaves of fresh basil and toasted pine nuts to one’s taste.
