Alliance food – wine:

"MIMI EN PROVENCE"  rosé wine goes well with Lobster Zuccini.

Preparation - 10 minutes. Cooking time - 25 minutes.

For two servings: 2 lobsters, 300 g each * 1 zuccini * 1 onion * 1/2 carrot * 2 tablespoons of dry white wine * lettuce leaves * parsley * mayonnaise * salt and pepper

Cook the lobster for about 25 minutes in boiling water with carrot, onion, thyme, bay leaves, salt, peppercorns and bouquet of Provencal herbs added.

Split lobster and remove its shell.

Cut zuccini length wise into thin strips. Lay the slices of zuccini around chunks of lobster. Serve the lobster with salad leaves, parsley and mayonnaise.
