TOMATOES STUFFED WITH TUNA

Rosé wine AOP Côtes de Provence "Domaine de Paris" goes well with tomatoes stuffed with tuna.
Preparation 10 minutes. For two (2) servings: 2 large tomatoes (415g) + 1 small ( 120g) * can of tuna (net weight 140g) * 2 teaspoons of fresh chopped percil * 2 teaspoons of lemon juice * 30 g mayonnaise (2 teaspoon) * 2 teaspoon of capers in vinegar * salt * Freshly ground pepper
With 2 large tomatoes, cut a lid of the top, then scoop out the fruit with a teaspoon. Lightly salt the inside and place the hollowed tomatoes on a paper towel in order to remove as much water as possible and make them more firm. Wash and dry several small tomatoes, cut in half and remove the seeds. Cut into small dice.
Take of juce of tuna and put it in a bowl. Crumble it with a fork and add the diced tomatoes, the mayonnaise, parsley, capers without juce. Add up lemon juice, salt, pepper and mix gently.
Stuff the tomatoes with this mixture. Put stuffed tomatoes in refrigerator until ready to serve.
Capers might be replaced by coarsely chopped pickles.
