Panna cotta with strawberriesPANNA COTTA WITH STRAWBERRIES

The sparkling wine DUC DE RAYBAUD Chardonnay or Alzitella rosé wine nicely compliments Panna Cotta with strawberries.

Preparation - 15 min. Cooking - 5 hours: maceration - 1 hour, refrigeration - 4 hours.

For 2 servings: 80 cl of fresh liquid cream * 100 g of icing sugar * 6 leafs of gelatin * 6 strawberries * strawberry jam

Wash and cut the strawberries into small slices.

Place gelatin slices in a bowl of cold water.

In a sauce pan, mix the cream with the icing sugar. Bring mixture to its boiling point, then remove from heat and add the gelatin. Gently stir the gelatin to melt it. Cool the preparation.

As the cream begins to set, fold in the slices of fresh strawberries.

Pour the cream preparation into a bowl or divide it in two individual cups, add strawberry jam and let stand for at least 4 hours in the refrigerator before serving.
