Rosé wine AOP Aix-en-Provence "CHATEAU CASTEL DES MAURES" goes well with zucchini flowers stuffed with two meats.

Preparation - 30 min, Cooking - 15 min. For three (3) servings: 9 zucchini flowers * 1 zucchini for stuffing * 200 g minced meat (50% -50 % mixture of pork and beef, or pork and veal) * 1 egg * 1 garlic clove * 1 onion * 200 g tomatoes * basil * parsley * 2 tbsp olive oil * salt * pepper * 1 tbsp tomato paste

To prepare the filling: mix the two minced meats. Wash and dry the zucchini and parsley. Chop and add to the meat. Add egg, salt and pepper and mix well. Gently stuff the zucchini flowers with mixture of chopped meat, zucchini, parsley and egg. Heat over medium heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add the stuffed zucchini flowers, tomatoes and tomato paste, garlic, onion, salt and pepper. Cook about 15 minutes over low heat. When done, add a few basil leaves. Serve warm.
