LAMB CHOPS AND VEGETABLES

AOP Bandol red wine "Les Cannisses" goes well with lamb chops, especially with vegetables in red wine.
Preparation - 15 minutes; cooking time - about 40 minutes. For two (2) servings: 6 lamb chops * 4 cloves garlic * 400g carrots * 2 sweet onions * 3 tablespoons olive oil * ½ glass of red wine * ½ glass of water * salt to taste.
Peel the carrots, onions and garlic and cut into slices.
Heat the oil in a skillet and cook the carrots for 5 minutes. Add the onions and cook vegetables for another 5 minutes. Then add the red wine diluted with water into the skillet and close the lid and cook until juice is boiled out.
In a separate skillet, heat 1 tablespoon oil and cook the lamb chops for 4-5 minutes each side, add up the sliced garlic, salt and pepper. Arrange the vegetables and lamb chops on plates and serve hot.
