CAESAR SALAD WITH CHINESE NOODLES

The rosé wine DOMAINE LES GRÈS AOP Côtes de Provence goes well with the Caesar salad with Chinese noodles.
Preparation - 15 minutes, cooking time - 15 minutes.
For 2 persons: Chinese noodles 200 g; 200g shrimps; 2cs olive oil; 2 tbsp butter; 2 tbsp cognac; croutons; Parmesan cheese; and balsamic sauce.
Shell the shrimps and cook them on a stove over high heat adding the olive oil and butter. When browned, pour heated cognac and set to flame. Keep cooked shrimp warm. Meanwhile, boil the pasta in lightly salted water. When the pasta is cooked, drain and pour onto plates.
Combine shrimp, parmesan, croutons, mix thoroughly, and then add balsamic sauce.
