The white sparkling wine DUC DE RAYBAUD CHARDONNAY goes well with Creme brulee.
Preparation - 15 minutes, cooking time - 3 hours.
For 2 persons: * 1 egg yolk * 1 tablespoon white sugar * 1/2 vanilla pod * 1/2 dl skim milk * 80 g cream cheese * 50 g sour cream * 1 tablespoon brown sugar.
Preheat oven to 160 ° C. In a mixing bowl, beat the egg yolk with white sugar and with the vanilla pod.
Add milk, cottage cheese and sour cream and mix well. Divide the mixture into 2 dishes of about 15 cm each, place them on the oven rack and bake for roughly 15 minutes. Then let the cream cool to room temperature.
Transfer them in the refrigerator and allow to chill for 2 hours or so.
Before serving, caramelize creams. To do this, preheat the oven, sprinkle the brown sugar cream, and cook 3 minutes. Let cool and keep cool 20 minutes before serving.
