The rosé wine "DOMAINE DE PARIS" AOP Côtes de Provence is a delightful accompaniment when served with Pork Skewers.
Preparation (marinade) - 10 minutes. Cooking - 15 minutes. For four (4) servings: 600 g boneless pork
Preparing marinade: 1 clove garlic * 1 tbsp soy sauce * 1 tbsp lemon juice * 2 tbsp tomato sauce * 2 tbsp liquid honey * salt * pepper
Preheat oven to 220°C and light grill. Cut the meat into small cubes. In a bowl, mix the minced garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice or vinegar, tomato sauce and honey.
Marinate meat cubes 10 minutes, then slide them on skewers. Place them in a baking plate. With a brush, coat the meat with marinade and roast it in the oven for about 7 minutes on each side. Halfway through, turn the skewers and coat once more with marinade.
Serve very hot and accompany skewers with either french fries or rice and with tomato sauce.
