Marinated peppers go well with  "Domaine les Grès"  rosé wine.

Preparation time - 10 minutes, cooking time - 10 minutes. For four (4) servings: 2 red peppers, 2 yellow peppers, 2 sprigs of coriander. Lemon sauce: 1 crushed clove of garlic, 1 lemon juice, 1 tsp of balsamic vinegar, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, salt “Flower”, ground pepper.

Grill peppers: put them on a nonstick plate, then put them under the broiler for 5 minutes on each side. Take them out, wrap in a newspaper for a few minutes in order to remove the skin easily. Cut peppers in half, remove seeds, then cut into strips of into stripsone centimeterwide spread themon a large dish. Prepare the lemon sauce by mixing all ingredients. Drizzle the peppers well with this sauce, cover with film wrap and let rest a few minutes. Serve decorated with fresh coriander leaves.
